It is true, Rapid defence is INCREDIBLY hard. I’ve tried multiple times. its seems nearly immpossible.

This achievement can be done by being as a group while not being in a group.
Let me explain on this.
You are not teamed up but you hit everything you need only once and go one.
A trusted frend then kills them by hitting them a second time and even a third time if needed.
This way you can do it very fast (you tag them) and get the achievement.

rapid defense is easy, just tag several mobs, and have your friend kill them off (your friend CAN NOT be in your group)

cool video! and please PL make some more videos about mount runs or some ulduar videos it will surely be fun and i mean all of you guys because when its only dorkins he gets our attention the most especially in the raid videos. well for me jeff and dorkins and of course Juggynaut do but lyle and alex get my attention sometimes. My favorite video series was in Naxx for now and I hope you guys make many more funny and helping videos in the future

Try to tag them with like immolate and fire ball then have a friend run behind u and kill them as u do the rest not in party

I’ve done it solo twice, but it does take some luck in getting the dragons where you want them. Also, you can shoot while moving, going backwards, and while you are destabilizing.

i got this achievement its actualy very easy when you know how to do it =)
1) when you pick up the quest run to the dragon fast when you fly it then use Blazing Speed and fly down to Destabillisa Azure Draganshrine
2) when you have done that then kill all the dragons but only kill the dragons you need. On the small drakes Cast imolate and then use Flame Breath 1 time.. On the big drakes use imolate then use Flame Breath 2 times and then use imolate again
3) and when your done return the quest can if you were fast enough you get Achievement =)
and btw the time starts when you pick up the quest and it will stop when you return the quest =)
this was how i got it and i still had 40 seconds back =D

There is a quite easy way to do Rapid Defense, you pick it up, get your drake, soar to the shrine, destabilize (or whatever it’s called), then around Wyrmrest Temple there are several dragons/drakes fighting and they should be at about half health (since they’re constantly fighting).
These are easy to tag and take out and makes the achievement alot easier, I’m not sure if it works anymore but if anyone out there tries this and it works that’d be great =D

Like 2 of my previous posters said, you can do it solo. I did.
The key is to use “Blazing Speed”. You hurry to the shrine using that ability, destabilize it, kill all of the dragons around the shrine (there’s a healthy amount of them there, so that shouldn’t be a problem). By that time your Blazing Speed should be ready again, so just pop the ability and return to the temple, turn in the quest. That’s it.
I’m sorry to say, but if you wanna do it in under 2 minutes, you can’t slowly take your time with, so prepare mentally to engage a “omfg crazy fast” mode.
Note: The achievement timer starts ticking from the moment YOU TAKE THE QUEST, until you FINISH IT. Keep that in mind, so you don’t go easy on it when you finish all tasks.
Another useful tool is the stopwatch (you can turn it on by clicking on the clock under your minimap), helps you control the time. If you feel you won’t make it, abandon the quest and try again.
Synchronizing your Immolation and Flame Breath abilities might save you precious seconds, so don’t neglect that. Dorkins pretty much figured it out, so watch the video (drake - immolation, 1 breath | dragon - immolation, 2 breaths).
