“We’re going to see the 1st 4 bosses”
1 entire episode on the Animal Boss no one ever does
“Project Skippys” should have taken over for this episode imho.
Oh, and why no Shaman tank? Show us a real challenge!
By Jake on Monday, September 29th, 2008 at 12:19 pm
Thanks for all the vids and guides guys these are so helpful
By Cory on Monday, September 29th, 2008 at 12:21 pm
WHY would you spend a whole episode on the animal boss? Skip the trash and give us a look at some Huntsman!
By james on Monday, September 29th, 2008 at 12:23 pm
o BTW at 12:54 in the video it says boss strat instead of the usual boss start, so thats kinda funny, maybe he bought a fender stratocaster?
By Reyson on Monday, September 29th, 2008 at 12:23 pm
btw,if you are called project lore, please don’t call Medivh a “very powerful mage”,he’s the last guardian of tirisfal, the guy who opened up the dark portal to let the orcs invade azeroth, the one who helped kill Archimonde.alot of lore behind him.Btw,anything about the may be to come other side of kz as instance?
To juggy, wanted to put some useful info high end in the posts
By Cory on Monday, September 29th, 2008 at 12:25 pm
@James,
It’s supposed to say “Boss Strat” . . . Strat is short of Strategy . . .
By Juggynaut on Monday, September 29th, 2008 at 12:26 pm
James, Strat is short for strategy. Given, there’s not much strat to the animal bosses, there was still a little info the Dr provided.

By Sathas! on Monday, September 29th, 2008 at 1:46 pm
hey guys its funny how you didnt even know wat you were doing oh and I was kinda dissapointed about the extra people not being there physically with you and I was really hoping that Alexis would be able to be your other hunter but nooo
anyways hopefully you’re not just doing these 4 bosses and then just ending your kara run cos i would be pretty mad please just continue it in the weeks to come my main is level 62 currently and I love to see the videos of the higher level content that I can’t do yet… it’s kind of motivational
anyways keep up teh good work oh and goggins musta been tough for you to drink your cofee in the middle of that melee!

By danieloneal93@yahoo.com on Monday, September 29th, 2008 at 2:00 pm
Little disappointed that the whole episode was focused on the animal bosses, but I really love the show for the comedy factor, anyway.
Good show.

HAHA GOGGINS CRACKS ME THE FUCK UP!
the skippies part was funny too
HI JUGGY! i haz question, is xeno your main or alt?

By JCD on Monday, September 29th, 2008 at 2:32 pm
I’ve honestly never seen the servant quarters in all the times I’ve done Kara, my guild just goes Attumen, then upstairs, so thanks for showing that.
By sammy on Monday, September 29th, 2008 at 2:40 pm
So im only slightly dissapointed that this was shown but o’well. On to a real boss.
By Zerbet on Monday, September 29th, 2008 at 2:58 pm
Has to be said - I’m very much missing the trailing audio quote/barb/easter egg/call-it-what-you-will at the end of each show, especially when something as classic as “Project Do-ees” is available.
I know, extra post-production is teh sux0rs. Do it anyway.
Please.
By Gene on Monday, September 29th, 2008 at 3:36 pm
This episode was just awesome. It was roll on the floor awesome. And to be honest, in the stupid amounts of times I’ve gone through Karazhan, I have never gone through for the animal boss because his lack of badges and good loot disturb me.
By Rob on Monday, September 29th, 2008 at 3:39 pm
fun fun fun! You could always end up having a cloth “of Stamina” item drop if your mage tank for HKM is still working on his health.
also I agree that you guys need a druid or 10 in this run haha
By Xwind on Monday, September 29th, 2008 at 3:48 pm
wow, even though Bastosa is geared, he doesn’t look like he knows what he is doing. I saw him just spamming Judgment of Righteousness every time the CD refreshed until he went OoM. He seems to be losing threat to the Lyle a lot. I mean seriously, he has 460 spell damage.
i maybe wrong but hmm.
By Grido on Monday, September 29th, 2008 at 4:07 pm
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Remove the 3 animating WOTLK ads from the page that plays the video. I don’t have a great machine and they makes the video jump like crazy.
Here is a link directly to the video if you are having the same problem. http://blip.tv/play/gYc3z_ASAA\
Thanks
By Nathaniel on Monday, September 29th, 2008 at 4:09 pm
Seriously I would like the other five to tak during the movie, also I would like to hear more talking
I’m both commited tank and healer so I love to hear what others think off this roles, what tricks they use, what macros, I know there are many, many guides but I prefer hearing it from ppl I know that actually use that, than read it, written by an anonymus who can be DPS and know s@!t bout healin and tankin.
Will be happy about anything you do thou
By Alayea on Monday, September 29th, 2008 at 5:12 pm
Cory :
WHY would you spend a whole episode on the animal boss? Skip the trash and give us a look at some Huntsman!
–
I can unsderstand your point of view but, at the same time, I agree with what DrDark said. Reason why that is: I’m the type of person who wants to investigate every nook and corner that’s out there and have it done. For example, there’s mapping. Even though an area/zone may be meaningless, I still want to have it be shown on my map (with the flight points, if there are any for my faction). I’m finished with mapping Outland, but I still need to work on Azeroth. (What’s funny is, I never thought that I’d need to go into Burning Steppes. I had it on the backburner until this year’s Brewfest event, when I learned that the Brewfest boss is in Blackrock Depths… Had to run all the way from Swamp of Sorrows after accidentily flying to the Badlands.
)
So coming full circle, it’s just best to have a complete record of something instead of partially. You can never know when it just might be useful.
By Mark on Monday, September 29th, 2008 at 5:13 pm
Dude… Lyle… are u spencer from icarly? aka crazy steve from Drake n Josh. every week my wife n i watch this and are amazed at the resemblance.

rofl rofl goggins i juss watched the video and got my answer u the best! hahaha
By Bastosa on Monday, September 29th, 2008 at 5:17 pm
@XWind
I would argue that you are wrong, but I guess we are all entitled to our opinions.
Seal of Righteousness is our bread and butter threat producer, spamming it in a solid rotation is a good thing (as long as you are managing your mana). I’m not say I’m perfect, but I’ve been a Tankadin for a long time and like to think I have things pretty dialed in. I suppose there is always room for improvement!
By Abyss of Dath'Remar on Monday, September 29th, 2008 at 6:11 pm
As with many many others i’ve been into kara so many times i’ve lost count and that is the first time i’ve ever seen the animal boss, thx so much guys love every minute.

By hanintodd on Monday, September 29th, 2008 at 8:52 pm
@grido
They will Not remove thosse ads they have expenses to pay food wages hosting etc and they need ads to pay for all of that. plus the ads are tied into the actual content of their show whic means more people will be intersted in the ad and click and make Project lore some money when they put the animated ads compared to sill ads they get more money to spend on kick ass equipment.also DO YOU WANT JIMMY TO STARVE!!
By André on Tuesday, September 30th, 2008 at 2:03 am
Really liked this episode. Keep up the good work!
By Goosecomics on Tuesday, September 30th, 2008 at 2:20 am
Very cool to see some of my twitter followers in action, well one namely girlhack / Meg. /wave
Like most have said, would love a way to have them be a focus screen like the others of PL are at times. Would make it seem that they are really part of the episode and not just “extras.” I did, however, appreciate the introductions of the rest of your Kara help.
Looking forward to more.
By Kurtizzle on Tuesday, September 30th, 2008 at 2:52 am
The boss is rare so that you are not saved into the instance! Servents provides early and easy rep for guilds that go to Karra for the first time. Most people should once they hit 70 get there asses into servents straight away. So they can get there epic rings and unlock the repair vendor for when they all have a little badge loot.

so was it just me or did the part of the ep. where they were all looking for the spider dude totally remind you of this is spinal tap? where they were all running around backstage looking for the stage. hilarious and informative as always.

Go WOTLK ffs…
kinda lame to see something you have seen 100 times before… if you haven´t seen kara and all the instances up to sunwell at this time, i feel sorry for you, then your not a true wow nerd !
so, plz go new new new !

Hah… another Snatch reference.
it’s not fer me, it’s fer me ma.
By Wrothy on Tuesday, September 30th, 2008 at 5:54 am
@Askarí
a) WotLK is still in beta, so anything they show can change markedly on release
b) Project Lore had to get special permission from Blizzard to show what they did from WotLK
c) Believe it or not, only about 10% of WoW membership gets to raid content
Personally, I have 4 lvl 70 characters but have yet to step into Karazhan (very small guild), so I have been looking forward to seeing the PL team get to this.
By andrew on Tuesday, September 30th, 2008 at 5:58 am
For everyone who can’t read it said “Boss STRAT” not start i have no idea wtf u guys are on about pause it at the point and learn to read honestly. Good show btw never actually wasted 15mins of my life on that lame room lol.
By Claxo on Tuesday, September 30th, 2008 at 6:01 am
I think showing the servant’s quarters was a great idea. No, it isn’t a section to get great loot, but as it was pointed out in a previous comment, it is a great place to grind out Violet Eye rep.
Since it is a place no one goes through, it was no surprise to not see any real group structure. I ‘m sure when the raid hits the more common areas of Kara things will go a lot smoother.
I am disappointed in not being able to hear the entire group. I understand that the show is about ‘Five Guys, Four Cameras’, but the input from the other five raid members, I would think, is just as important for a guide; Especially when it comes to the classes we don’t see in the 5-man episodes. I play a priest and to hear from another priest would make it that much better.
Can’t wait for the next episodes. Keep up the good work!

As it seemed to be skipped over. I think having a Druid tank in Kara with a Pali is better then a Pali/War combo. Let us not for get everything bleeds now. Not to mention when spec’d right. I dont need a fear ward or totem for Nightbane, it doesn’t help to make sure by having one.
Let’s see a druid, I mean even a Heavycleft hoof druid can tank most of that place.

Hey guys, if you read(its a lore book after all) The Last Guardian, you will see that there is a reversed Kharazan which Khadgar, Garona and Anduin Lothar need to go into to kill Medivh. It is literally the oposite of Kharazan, it has everything kharazhan has, except its a twisted and evil version of it. For example instead of a Llibrary, it has a demonroom where Sargeras kept all of his pets to stop intruders. It’s a good book, i’d suggest it to anyone who is interested in the lore of wow… hope htis clears things up on the locked door.

the running around looking for the boss was awesome. haha, i’ve never taken this guy on before, i skip it like everyone else, and I can understand Dorkins’ anger. I would be upset if we went after a boss that gave you no badge and a strange drop. but that’s just me.

Hey PL!
I just want to thank you guys for the best live wow entertainment i have ever seen! I’ve been watching all your episodes and i got to say the BETA and WOTLK ones when you captured that magical first time experience, its just epic! I especially love this Karazhan series because, well Kara in itself is a mysterious and in fact here is what i found under the Kara castle: http://img12.imageshack.us/img12/9246/wowscrnshot012609164716.jpg
Anyway i mostly love the Kara series due to its length and constant laughs. It just seemed like everyone was having as much fun as there was action, and thats twice the value of a normal episode imo. I just want to say thank you for the great vids and the high quality of the vids and hope you guys will do something similar to Kara.
Cheers!
