The Goblins of Kezan are the newest addition to the Horde. The Steamwheedle Cartel remains neutral, but this specific faction of goblins have joined the Horde out of necessity. Patch 3.2.2 has hit the PTR, and there is some surprising new data that has been data-mined. It appears that there are a bunch of new race/class combination, though it is unclear if these will actually be playable. It may just be for NPCs. There are lots of surprises here. Check out the PvP changes and battleground changes. General Construction of the Crusaders’ Coliseum is complete. Testing not yet available.
