This Week: Karazhan and Death Knight Special

Posted by Project Lore Editor on Sunday, October 12th, 2008 - 24 Comments

Death Knight in WotLKThis weekend, we had a blast at BlizzCon. We got to meet a bunch of great fans and saw a ton of amazing stuff. We saw the finals of the 3v3 tournament (Grats Nihilum Plasma!), met up with the people from The Guild, played some awesome new games, and even heard some great music.

However, the last two days have left us completely exhausted. BlizzCon, along with the fact that we had to upgrade our servers to help accommodate how fast we are growing, has interrupted our work flow such that we won’t be able to complete our Karazhan series this week, as originally planned. Rest assured, though, that we are still going to bring you videos every day this week while we work feverishly to catch up. Now, here is this week’s modified schedule:

Monday at Noon PDT- Project Lore Episode 11.1: Karazhan

Tuesday at Noon PDT- Project Lore’s First Day of Knight

Wednesday at Noon PDT- Project Lore Episode 11.2: Karazhan

Thursday at Noon PDT - Project Lore’s Second Day of Knight

Friday at Noon PDT - Project Lore Episode 11.3: Karazhan

Take a look at our subscribe page to find us all over the web, and use the Episodes RSS feed or follow our Twitter to find out when new episodes are out! Project Lore is also on MySpace and Facebook, so please be our friend!

i know they were completely exhausted from BlizzCon, but why would they only do 3 episodes of Karazhan this week, when there are 4 bosses left. Shade of Aran, Netherspite, Chess Event (technically not a boss) and Prince Malchezaar.

By Shaun on Sunday, October 12th, 2008 at 5:53 pm

It’s possible they’ll combine Chess with a boss. They’re doing longer episodes now, which I’m super happy about :D

Do you need a level 70 or a level 80 character to make a deathknight?
And can you make a deathknight on any server as long as you have a high enough character on another one?

By Mistraven on Sunday, October 12th, 2008 at 6:55 pm

    From a Blizzard FAQ

    Q. Who is eligible to create a death knight?
    A. Players who have at least one level 55 character on a realm may create a death knight on that realm.

    Q. What if I have a level 55 character on one realm but want to create a death knight on another realm to play with friends?
    A. At the launch of Wrath of the Lich King, you will only be able to create a death knight on the same realm where you have an existing level 55 or higher character. In the future, we plan to allow the creation of a death knight on any realm (provided you have at least one level 55+ character).

I love what you do what with the whole relaxed laughing thing problem is though in real life you do not sit with your mates (perfectly ready for the instance, with the set up i mean) so i was wandering if you could do an episode or two without having everyone in the group but rather Pugging the instance? ^^ i would love to see how you would fare without the long breaks in between to talk about tactics ^^

Hope to see more of ya in the future!
